Hi Terence69,

One of the major advantages of Blackberry over other phones is its renowned mailing system. This picture will help you in understanding some of the advantages of blackberry

Even though there are advantages such as BBM, personally i won't suggest to go for a blackberry. IM options such as WhatsApp, Viber has provided alternative for BlackBerry BBM. Still the physical keypad is one of the greatest advantages of BlackBerry over its competitors
