Toshiba Bluetooth Configuration Error – Refer to HELP

Hi All,

I am currently working on Windows XP SP2 and have been using Bluetooth Stack (Toshiba). Installation of the software was just fine. However after clicking on the wwigo video button I get peculiar errors in an attempt to communicate with my N95.

Toshiba Bluetooth Configuration Error – Refer to HELP

Hi,

The software version may be not suitable for your laptop. Try the most updated version of WWIGO.

You can also setup the ‘Nokia Pc Suit’ or ‘Ovi Suit’. There is an option ‘connect via Bluetooth', select that one and keep working. Make sure that the Bluetooth device of both phone and laptop are active.

Toshiba Bluetooth Configuration Error – Refer to HELP

Hello Daniel!

I am also using Bluetooth stack. After installation WWIGO tried to search for device to preview camera. But sometimes bluetooth stack keeps our bluetooth turned off (hardware disabled).

So firstly confirm that your Bluetooth Stack application is running.

Then after it confirm that your bluetooth is turned on in bluetooth manager.

Then again open WWIGO, it will work.
