Transfer iPhone data backup Please help

Hi everyone ,

I am having a problem transferring Iphone data backup from my windows computer to my new Macbook computer, I want to transfer all the backup except for the music because I don’t need music on my iphone, I just want to have sync between Macbook and Iphone. How can I do it?Please help

Hello Syzandra.

There are various quality software to perform the synchronization task between a windows based desktop and a mac book. I would personally recommend Dropbox since I have used it myself. With Dropbox, you would be able to sync your data between windows and mac and also from your smartphone. After installing the Dropbox in both computers, you can choose all the files that you need to sync/share and place them in your Dropbox folder. Once you place them in the Dropbox folder on one machine, it can be accessed from the Dropbox folder present on the other machine.

Hello,

You have few options. You can use software to sync your MAC with windows pc. The best software would be ELTIMA. Or you can use an external hard disk to do that which I recommend the most. Just borrow one from some friend. If you do not like either one of them then you can purchase “mobile me” and get yourself 20 GB of online storage where you can upload your files/folders from your computer (windows) and then download them at MAC. Choose either one you prefer.
