Transferring a WP SITE to another server

I have a site in wordpress and I want to transfer it to another server. Any good and recommended servers?

Transferring a WP SITE to another server

 

If you want to move your domain without ever changing the Site URL and Home of your WordPress Site, this can be done by moving the files instead. You can move or transfer by copying your files and database if you want your database and URL to remain the same. You can edit the wp-config.php if you want to change the database name or user in order for it to have the correct one that you like.

 

You can temporarily change “siteurl” and “home” in the database table in “wp_options” if you want to verify before switching. This can be done through the use of phpMyAdmin or similar to this one. Also, you can edit wp-config.php if you want to make some changes to the  new server but having the same domain with your new user information/database and then upload everything towards the new server.
