Hi,

This error usually occurs when the files are corrupt or if there are any files missing. See whether any files have been deleted and install them on your computer. If you do not find any missing files then follow the steps below:

1. Go to control panel and click uninstall a program. Locate ODBC and click uninstall.

2. Now restart your computer and install ODBC on your computer. Remember to choose Full installation and not the custom installation option.

3. Then check the registry for any errors and click ok.

4. Now run the program and import the contacts.

This should solve your problem.

Hello Daniel,

Click uninstall a program in the control panel, then locate ODBC and click uninstall. Then restart your computer and install ODBC again. Choose Full installation while installing. Check the registry for any errors and click ok. Run the program and import the contacts. If you apply all this, the problem will be solved.
