I tried installing Trend Micro Titanium 2012 but run into the error message below, please help me fix the problem

Installation Incomplete.

A problem prevented the installer from completely setting up Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security.

No changes have been made to your computer. Please restart the installer to finish installing the software or check for more solutions online.

(Error code: #1602, 1001, 0x00e0120027)

Trend Micro Titanium 2012 installation Error

Hi there! Make sure that your computer has at least the minimum system requirements (you need to have at least Windows XP). Restart your computer and make sure to log in as an administrator. Check if you have any other security software installed because it can create a conflict with the new software you are trying to install. Remove all the components that have been downloaded and try to reinstall Trend Micro Titanium.

Trend Micro Titanium 2012 installation Error

First, check and re-check that your computer has all of the required components.

If the required components aren’t there, you may have problems.

Then, check that the security application that you want to install has the required files and that no files are missing. If files are missing, you may have problems.

If your Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security has all of the files, then check that your firewall and built-in antivirus (Microsoft Security Essential in Windows 8) do not create any problems when installing the software.

Check all of these options, then you can install the application properly.

Trend Micro Titanium 2012 installation Error

Hello! I think the problem is in your system requirements. I believe it doesn't meet all requirements. You also need to check the antivirus as well as the firewall system. I think after that the problem will be detected. After everything, you can also check on your installation disk in case of any missing file. If you still can’t fix the problem, you should ask help from an engineer. Best of luck!
