Pintrest is a pinboard style social photo sharing website. It enables users to create and manage images collections such as events, hobbies and many more. User can upload, save and manage images as pins and other media such as video via collections known as pinboards.
Pinterest mission is “connect everybody in the world by the things they find interesting”. Pinterset allows user to share pins both on face book and twitter so pinterest user can share and interact with larger community.
Pinterest is currently invite only platform, You can request an invitation from pinterest or you can be invited by a existing member. After receiving an invitation, you can register via face book or twitter.

Pinterest is a photo sharing website that is arranged in a pinboard-style theme or format. It lets users manage and create their own collections of theme-based images like interests, hobbies, and events. It also allows users to browse for images in other pinboards and then re-pins them to their own pinboards. Besides that, they can also “like” a photo which is similar to what a Facebook user can do when they see something important or unusual.
