Trouble in webcam Toshiba Europe

Hi there Techyv users,
I got an issue on my webcam Toshiba Europe. I was supposed to use it but nowhere to be found. Hope someone could help me with this. Thanks everyone in advance! I would appreciate so much.

Hi,
If you are unable to see the icon in the Notification area, it means webcam application is not running in your system. Try these steps:-
In case, you can see the icon, then Go to Device Manager and check for the web cam driver.
If its listed there then right click on it > Update the driver
If its not in the list or there is cross symbol in front of it. Install drivers for web cam
