Troubleshoot error message while printing

Hello,

Recently, I got the following Troubleshoot error message during the printing process but it can’t complete and displayed the error. How can I prevent these Troubleshoot problems so that I may continue my printing process? The drive is working properly so I need your help to resolve this issue.

Troubleshoot error message while printing

Hi Penelope,

Definitely looks like your printer has a problem. It could be something simple like a printer software update or something more complicated. Try the below steps:

1. Update your printer software to latest version
2. Check if there is sufficient paper in the tray
3. Check if there is an error message or alert on the printer display
4. Run the diagnostic tool by clicking Next on the error message and follow it through
