Hi,
Whenever I try to access KMPlayer the following error displays while Windows 8 goes to sleep. I have spent many hours searching for the solution but I could not find anything else.
Can I get your suggestion to fix this issue permanently?
I would be grateful to you.
Thanks in advance.

Try to access KMPlayer error displays while Windows 8 goes to sleep
Hello Dominic
It seems like you have installed a wrong version of KMPlayer that does not work on Windows 8. Please uninstall it (Control Panel -> Programs -> Programs and Features) and access the link I have provided you with. Right click on the installer and choose Run as administrator, and after the installation is complete, right click on kmplayer.exe, click Properties, and under the Compatibility tab, choose Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows 8.
KMPlayer Download
I hope you will find this information useful.
