Trying to figure out how to change header in a msg file

I need help regarding changing the header in a MSG file in MS Outlook. I am trying for many days but I can't find out how to change header in a MSG file, can any expert help me in changing header in a MSG file?

Trying to figure out how to change header in a msg file

Here’s how you can create Email Header in Outlook. Go to "Message" tab. Under "Options" sometimes it may appear as Message Options group, Select "Dialog Box Launcher."

For earlier version of Outlook, go to the "View" menu. Choose "Options."

Look for the "Internet Headers". The Internet Headers is what it is regardless of which version of Outlook.

Start creating your message header in "Internet Headers" area.

Save and Close.
