TuneUp Utilities 2012 (Main). – I received an application error

Hi,

I received an application error while optimizing my machine with TuneUp Utilities 2012 (Main).

It has stopped working throwing the error message as under. I do not understand the message.

I visited the respective site to get a remedy but no result.

Please help.

Application Error

ExceptionEAccessViolation in module rtl120.bpl at 00024E5D.

Access violation at address 50024E5D in module ‘rtl120.bpl’. Read of address 00000000.

Hello King,

The following steps should help you resolve that issue:

  • You will need to download the Computer Errors Repair Tool.
  • After that  click "Save File" and then follow the installation instructions.
  • After that, you will need to scan your computer with the RegCure application.
  • And then click the "Fix Errors" button to repair your PC.

Hi,

I believe there is some problem with the files of the software.

To solve the problem, I recommend you re-install the software again.

Go to Control Panel -> Add or remove a program. Select Tune Up Utilities and follow the on-screen instruction to un-install the program. 

Then re-install the software again, enter your Product Key. Things should be fine then.
