Hi,

 

Turbo Tax 2011 has had issues with installation on a number of computers in a Windows 7 Operating System. They have recognized that the error is formed due to corrupt editions of Arial and Verdana fonts on a number of Windows 7 systems.

 

Turbo Tax installation has encountered an unrecoverable error. Would you like more information on this error?

TurboTax 2011 – Unrecoverable error

Hello! It can be happened because of a configuration problem on your PC's system. I have seen that there are many issues have arisen. In fact, you can check the whole configuration of your PC and given a manual of the software. After all, you also can check your firewall and antivirus. From this situation, you can get any defect and that's why you can solve it. Best of luck!
