What do MSMQ means? Why there's a need to turn on a Message Queuing Server in a 64 bit environment?

Actually MSMQ means Microsoft message queuing. It is an implementation of message queuing. Microsoft Corporation has developed it. It’s has been working through since MS Windows NT4 and windows 95 software servers. 

Message Queuing (MSMQ) is a technology. It’s use of running applications at a different times for the purposes of communicating across various networks and systems. It may be temporarily offline or whatever.
