I wish to have a tutorial which helps me installing and configuring security device manager (SDM) on a Cisco router. Along with this, please provide me the SDM package download link.

On the Cisco website you have plenty tutorials for installing and configuring Security Device Manager. Here on the link below you can find everything with detailed explanation how to determinate the installed software, how to configure your router to support SDM.

You will also see how to install SDM files and many other things. Also have pictures who will let you see by examples how to configure and download SDM. This is the link that you should check:
