Two active antivirus software will the cause of the PC hang?

Well, I have pc that have two antivirus active on it.  

That's the time that I got internet connection for my pc. Then, they upgraded all.

Then, when I open it, the window turned to white and hang. System will never been used at the time.

Two active antivirus software will the cause of the PC hang?

It is always a very bad idea to have two antivirus programs active on your computer. They  will "annihilate" each other.
Decide which is the best and keep it! Uninstall the other, from control panel add remove programs. 

If problem persist, uninstall both programs, and reinstall the one you want. 

Never leave two active on the same computer

Two active antivirus software will the cause of the PC hang?

Having two antivirus programs installed is not a good idea and is the reason why your computer hanged. An antivirus program scans each file that is accessed by your computer, which means that every file will be scanned twice, in addition to that, one antivirus will scan the other every time and vice versa, in some cases, one antivirus will detect the other as a virus and each one will try to block the other. This creates a gridlock which will usually cause your computer to hang. So please uninstall one antivirus.
