Is it possible to create two different free sites with one user account in wordpress.com?

Hey Billy Gil!

Yes! it's absolutely possible that you can make two free blogs with one account of WordPress. What you need to is very simple. You have to login to your account and click on User's Account. (On the upper right corner of the screen you will see your name or the name with which you registered the account).

Place your cursor over it, a drop down list will open, Select Manage your blog. A new page will open. Here you can see your current blog, on the right side there will be a button "Register another Blog"

Click on it and follow the instructions.

Your both blogs will be activated at the same time.
