On Ubuntu while initializing Flash CS5 I got an error message

Hi Experts,

On Ubuntu while initializing Flash CS5 I got an error message. The error message indicates “The program Flash. exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close. ” and some other words.

I do not understand the error message. Please suggest me about this Program Error.

Hi,

Try the following steps to solve your problem:

1. This error occurs sometimes when the system is not able to allocate sufficient resources to the flash.exe program. Have you tried to reopen the program? If not, close all the applications and then try to run it.

2. There may be some other program using flash.exe on your computer which is blocking it from running. If there is any such program then close it and then try to run.

3. Contact the support team and tell them about your problem. They can tell you the solution to it. You can also visit the website mentioned in the error message to find out more about the error.
