Ukonnect USB Hub with 4 USB 3.0

I have recently bought a Ukonnect USB Hub with USB 3.0 support and one of the USB port in it is now working. Not working actually means that the charging in it is comparatively slower. I cannot charge efficiently like on other USB ports. Why is it happening? Should I plug it in some other switches? Should I buy another device? But I do NOT want to buy another one. Please help me in solving this problem. Is it some other internal hardware defects?
