Ulead Gif Animator problem -Failed to get patch

Hi Friends,

 

At what time I test my folders, my Application folder is empty. What is this? The pop up window clears the picture.

Hi

It seems that you folder is having Virus /corrupted file patchlist.txt or there is no patchlist.file exists in this folder .If you are sure you have patchlist.txt file in your folder kindly replace it with good file .Moreover Scan your disk with antivirus

Ulead Gif Animator problem -Failed to get patch

It is the problem of the internet connection. Somehow, the required file could not be fetched. So this error has occurred.

Check that your internet connection is not disconnected during the update process.

Also, check that your firewall is not blocking the program from accessing to the internet. It might also cause the problem.

Also, run the following commands in the Command Prompt:

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

This should solve the issue.

If it doesn’t, go to the manufacturer’s site and download the latest update(s) manually.
