ULTIMUS BPM Studio has encountered an error

Hello,

The ULTIMUS BPM Studio is unable to log in as the maximum limit has been reached for BPM Studio.

Why did it happen?

Why the following error appeared like this when has been attempted to log in?

I really need your suggestion to fix this issue as soon as possible.

Unable to log in as the maximum limit for BPM Studio users has been reached Please contact your Ultimus BPM Studio Administrator.

ULTIMUS BPM Studio has encountered an error

Hi Jonathon,
The error is because the number of users have exceeded the maximum limit.
To resolve this error follow the steps below:
1) Open BPM studio configuration module

2) Right Click 'Access Rights', Click 'Active Users'
3) In the Active users window, Click 'Disconnect User' button

4) From the list of users, disconnect the users by selecting them
5) Click 'Done', open Ultimus BPM studio
