Ultra Recall Professional has an error

Hello,

I just tried using Launchy to Copy with the latest V2 of UR, importing a web page from Firefox via Launchy (I used the copy command provided in the XML script, at: https://www.kinook.com/Forum/showthre…?threadid=1336-(Samplesite) doesn't work, and causes an access violation too…
Is this because the Launchy XML is wrong for V2 – or is it because there are some general errors by importing in V2, as I and others have experienced repeated access violations using V2? Help me to fix it. Thanks.

Ultra Recall Professional has an error

Hi Lloyd,

The error is because the software was incorrectly installed.
To resolve this error follow the steps below:
1) Run the utwapp.exe from the UT 12 directory
2) Run the desktop setup in safe mode with networking
3) Disable the Windows User Account Control and rerun the desktop
4) Uninstall and reinstall program in safe mode with networking
5) Re-run the desktop and complete the installation wizard
