Unable to Access Dragon Nest

Apparently I was temporarily banned from my account in Dragon Nest for having failed to verify my account.

The problem though, was according to the bug report, I failed to verify my account from 2012 up to 2020.

Has anyone experienced this issue?

I badly need help with this. Any help would be much appreciated

Unable to Access Dragon Nest

Hello Kerk, sorry for what happened but this is mainly done because of the game abuse policies that were put in place since 16th –August 2011. Usually when a user Violets these policies he/she will be penalized in accordance to the level of violation.

Normally these penalties and actions are taken upon your account basing on your intentions of your action. For example if you are caught attempting to do the following offences:

1. When duping or exploiting bugs.

2. When duplicating an item by exploiting the in –game bugs.

3. Exploiting any bug in the dragon nest game to gain unfair advantage in the game.

4. Communicating the existence of the bug directly or through public posting to any other user of the service.

5. When you encourage any illegal activity that modifying, manipulating or distribution of illegal software through any kind of promotion.

6. When you cheat utility software programs or application.

7. Partying with typescript using or distributing modified/swindle programs

8. When you disclose the confidentiality of any account, performing account abuses and hosting of modified item

Therefore if you’re experiencing this problem try to sign up by using a new password and pin, so that you can have a new account. Try to avoid all the above offences you will have your account activated.
