Unable to Access Hotmail Account: Password Not Working

I have lost my Hotmail account.

I clicked on “forgot your password” it gives me options that is “answer your secret question” or “we have sent your password via email”.

The problem here is I forgot my secret question’s answer, and there is no alternative email I had provided.

How can I recover my email address password?

Hi Dear,

• If you have as a secondary email address to your Hotmail account, through that you can recover your password by providing the secondary email address to the hot mail account. Since you can’t remember the security question you’re not able to recover it by using that. Just try out below suggestions.

Once you can get into your account, you will need to change all Security Questions Answers, password and create a much more secure email SQA.

• There are numbers of ways to reset your forgotten password. Or in your case, your account was being compromised or had an unauthorized access.
• The other way to reset the password is by using a secondary email address. An email notification will be sent to your secondary email,and this will allows you to reset your password.
• By phone number, this sends confirmation code to your mobile phone. Enter this code to the forgot password link, that ask for the code and this allows you to reset the password.
