Unable to capture videos on Samsung Galaxy Note 8

Hello! I have been using Samsung Galaxy Note 8 for almost a month now and I have taken a lot of photos from this tablet. But whenever I try to capture some video a message comes on the screen and it says that the video has stopped working. I have tried to capture video many times but the same message is displayed again and again. As a result, I have lost a lot of great opportunities where I could have captured some amazing videos. Please help! Thank You!

Unable to capture videos on Samsung Galaxy Note 8

1. Go to the Settings>Apps and look for the Camera app.  Tap on it to select it and clear the cache and clear data.  You might need to restart the tablet afterwards.  Once it’s restarted, go into the Camera app and change the settings to your liking.

2. Check to see if there are any updates available for your Galaxy Note. Go to Settings>About Device (or About Tablet) and tap on Software Update to check if there are any updates available.
