Unable to download apps from playstore

Hello! I am using Samsung tab 4 on a 3G network. The problem is that I am failing to download anything from the play store through this tab. It was working fine before but now it shows errors. I tried to download apps using Wi-Fi network but the problem was still there. The screen says ‘Downloading’ and it keeps saying that for hours. I am always stuck there. Please Help! Unable to download apps from playstore

Below are some things to try:

1. Empty cache of the Play store app.  To do this, tap Settings>Apps>Google Play Store. Tap on the app and press the Empty Cache button.

2. You can restore the Google App Store to its default state deleting its data.  Follow the steps from option 1, and instead of clicking Clear Cache, tap on Clear Data
3. Uninstall app updates by following the steps in option 1, and click on Uninstall Updates.
4. Empty the cache for Google Play Services by tapping on Settings>Application Manager>Google Play Services and tap on the
5.  If the deactivated Download Manager, Google Play will not work.  To make sure it’s activated, tap on Settings>App Manager>All apps.  Search for the download manager and tap on the Activate button.
