Unable to download Designer DVM

Hi expert,

I installed the Process Designer. I followed this rule:

First I was installing PDICT and then I could run it (Only I could open it on the server because I received a database error on my user PC).

Then I set up the Server edition of Process Designer and after that the user version and at last configured my clients etc.

Currently when I want to run Process Designer from the mid-tier, I find the following error message:

Although this might be now from the matter identified in the what’s New document. Mention that, we're using IE8.

Unable to download DesignerDVM from vm-remedytest.

Unable to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found.

Please try later.

When I make an attempt to run the user I get the similar database connection error message like when I wanted to open PDICT on my Computer.

ERROR(90): Cannot establish a network connection to the AR System server; Connection reset vm-remedytest

Now I am not sure what the reason behind this is. Please help me to solve this.
