Unable to find item from source as mentioned in error message

Hi all,

I receive the following error message.

An error happened while CCC was in there

Getting information about this item from source /Users/tromol/Library/Application Support/Vuze/logs/debug_1.log

However, I did not find these things on my PC.

What can I do now?

I need to solve this. Please help me.

Hello Elijah,

To resolve that issue, use the following procedure:

On your computer, go to the Finder and then hold down the Option key.
After that you will need to select Library which is found on the Go menu.
Once you have done that, you should be able to find that file.
If file will be looking as though it is corrupted, you will just need to get rid of it.
When deleting the file you should first all make sure that it is not the file that contains critical user data.

That should help you resolve the issue you are getting.
