When I installed Roxio Creator 2012, many errors appeared. I tried to reinstall the program several times but same error message appeared repeatedly.
‘Error Message’
Setup has determined that your configuration does not support any of the included products.
Please help and thanks in advance.

You can try to install Roxio Creator 2012 in compatibility mode.
1. First of all, right click on the installer file/ setup.exe of Roxio Creator 2012 and click on properties
2. Now you will get a window like this:
3. In compatibility mode, Tick on compatibility mode and select “Windows XP service pack 3”. Also check “Run as administrator” too.
4. Click "Apply" and then click "OK"
Try to run your software installer now. If not working, then try other Windows version in compatibility mode.
If these are still not working, then use windows 7 if you are using windows vista.

What version of operating system are you using? The problem is occurring because you are trying to install a wrong application on the wrong operating system and therefore resulting to compatibility issues. You will need to do the following:
1. Check which operating system you are using; is it windows XP, vista or windows 7 or whichever?
2. Check the system requirements of the operating system; it is a 32 bit or a 64 bit?
3. Once you have done, then go to the internet and search for the Roxio Creator application using the requirements that have been stated above.
4. Download it and try installing on your computer.
The installation should work fine this time round because it is compatible with the operating system that you are using.

Unable to install Roxio Creator 2012
I checked the system requirements on their website and my system do qualify. So I did what Yoresh Zen said about the compatibility properties. After applying the changes, I tried to run the set-up again and the installation was successful!
