Unable To Load Client Print Control.

Hi all,

Whenever I display an SQL Reporting Services Report to the screen and click on the Print icon on the toolbar then I always get an error message "Unable to load client print control ".

Can anyone tell me how can I print my reports directly to the printer?

Unable To Load Client Print Control.

The Client Print Control comes under ActiveX objects. A user needs administrative rights to download ActiveX tools.

In Internet Explorer, the rights can be altered.

1) Click on Tools option, then Internet Options.

2) Under the Security tab, select Custom Level.

3) There you can find the settings to allow you download ActiveX objects.

Now you have to download a file named “RSClientPrint.cab”. “RSClientPrint.cab” is a Microsoft’s tool that helps in client side printing.

When you install this file, the computer will not display the error message. The print button on the toolbar will work without problem.
