Unable to load data class on my iPod Touch

I am trying to sync my iPod Touch 4th gen on my computer but I keep getting an error message “Unable to load data class information from sync services. Reconnect or try later”. When I connect my iPod, iTunes can recognize it but aside from that, there is nothing that appears except from the error above. What should I do?

Unable to load data class on my iPod Touch

Hi,

The error usually occurs when you do not have administrative privileges to use the computer (usually for shared computer or public computers). It is also possible that your antivirus or firewall is interfering with the processes of iTunes. To solve this, you should check on the settings of the antivirus and get administrative privileges.
