I am trying to run Ulead Video Studio 11 by creating a film as I need to transform the Ulead data to a film document.
But I got an error when I am in 50% of the process.
The error is shown below:
Ulead VideoStudio
Unable to load library.

Easy to use with lots of effects and transitions available, Ulead Visual Studio is a very handy tool. You may want to verify if you if you are getting the error in the process of saving images and music to a video file or setting transition effects to the project.
To rectify the problem, you may try to:
·        Try to remove or change the type of transition you are applying to the project.
·        Files may be corrupted on the Ulead program on your PC, a repair on the Application can be done by going to Start > Setting > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Ulead Video Studio > Repair .
·        If the repair would not resolve the issue, you may try to completely uninstall then reinstall the application.
Unable to load Library in Ulead Video Studio 11
Hello Ariel,
The following are the steps you will need to use to resolve the issue that you are getting:
-
On your computer, go to C:Program FilesUlead SystemsUlead VideoStudio 11vfx_plug directory and then look for a file named Flip.vfx.
-
You will need to transfer that file to a holding directory.
-
After that you will need to restart VS and then apply all the remaining transition effects to my project – make sure that you overwrite the previous effects that have contained the Flip effect – and lo and behold.
-
After you have done that everything should work well.
-
The error is most likely due to a particular file being somehow broken.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Carl

That error is with the program itself. Try running the program again and see what happens. If you still receive the message, just try reinstalling it. Also, make sure your computer meets the requirements to run the program. Ulead Video Studio 11 supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8.x. Microsoft Windows 10 is not officially supported but you can try.
It requires at least Intel Pentium 4 or faster processor, 512 MB RAM, and 1 GB free space. If there is a problem with the installation or there is a corrupt file, reinstalling the program should fix the problem. If the problem continues, try updating your operating system to the latest Service Pack. If you are using Windows XP, download Windows XP Service Pack 3.
This is the latest and last Service Pack update for Microsoft Windows XP. If you are using Windows Vista, download Windows Vista Service Pack 2. This is the latest and last Service Pack update for Microsoft Windows Vista. If you are using Windows 7, download Windows 7 Service Pack 1. This is the latest and only Service Pack update for Microsoft Windows 7.
If you are using Windows 8, you should update to Windows 8.1 to have a continued support.
