Unable to log in eprint

Hello there!

I tried installing eprint but I can’t seem to log in. It always shows “error 403” and the same thing happens when I choose “I don’t remember the password."

I hope someone can help me out.

Unable to log in eprint

The problem with your software seems to be an internet problem.

Did you ever use the software or that now it is creating problems?

Assuming the installation is new and you have newer used it before, check the configuration system of the software. There must be internet settings in it.

Make the internet connection adaptable to the type of network you are using.

Make sure you do not have any block to the URL of the website. The block can be from the firewall or the web source or the web shield. Allow all of them and it shall work fine enough. If problem persists, connect the forum of the software and post there.
