Hi Mitzi,
If you are able to login, you can download Login & Keychain update 1.0 for Mac OS X 1035 Leopard.
If you are unable to login, please do the steps below:
Try to login on Single User mode by holding the Command-S during startup;
Type mount –uw / then Return;
Type launchctl load /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.DirectoryServices.plist then Return;
Type ls /Users;
Look for the short name of your user account;
Type dscl . -delete /Users/username AuthenticationAuthority being username is your user account then Return;
Type passwd username then Return;
Type your user password then Return;
Retype password then return;
Type reboot then Return;

I am you unable to login because you are providing wrong login details or what is the exact error message that is displayed before you are prompted to restart the computer? You will just need to restart the computer as you are prompted, and then see if you will be able to login successfully this time round. The computer might have just malfunctioned and restarting it will fix that problem.
You may also need to try logging on with a different account because the account you are trying to log on to may be having some issues. For instance the password may have been blocked.
