Unable to login to Mail.com website

Hi everyone,

Did anybody know about the Mail.com and anybody is having account in that? I have a user account on the Mail.com website. I was using that long back. I didn't have any problem with that.

But Last 3 days onwards I am unable to login and getting an error that your username/password are wrong. I never faced any kind of issue while logging in. I contacted customer support through email, but I didn't get any response from them. I am having some important personal emails on it.

Can somebody give me a solution so that I can login to that website. Best Regards to everybody!

Unable to login to Mail.com website

Hi Theresa, there have been discussions that the site is under transition. There is upgrading happening and this was happening way back 2009. But there is some workaround if ever you need to access. If you are using an email application like Outlook or Thunderbird, find the Add Account menu in Account Settings.   Through the  IMAP Setup, use your username in mail.com as IMAP username, for the incoming mail server use port 993 for SSL connection and for the SMTP Outgoing server set the port to 587.
