I am encountering problems logging into Outlook Web Application or OWA and Exchange Control Panel or ECP. As a background, we are using two CAS/HUB Servers and the Barracuda HLB (hardware load balancers) with SSL offloading using the one interface configuration. I can successfully log on to OWA/ECP directly from each CAS/HUB server. However, if I do not log on directly from the CAS/HUB servers, I was unable to log on. Can you possibly explain why this is happening?
Unable to login to OWA/ECP
You should check and see if you may be logging in to the account that is locate on the Exchange 2010 server. In case that is not the case, then what it is doing is trying to redirect you, but then it does not know how to do that since there is no legacy URL that has been configured just yet. You will in that case need to create an account on the server that you will use for testing and with it to try to login.
Another approach to that will be to create a CAS test account, which you will need to use the new TestCasConnectivityUser.ps1 which is found in the scripts directory. Once you have done that, you can then run the commands for testing the account. That should work.
