Hi techyv,

Unable to open jquery sortable template. The template was zipped in a rar file which I downloaded from my yahoomail email address, I got it from a friend abroad. I am asking some help regarding jquery but unfortunately I cannot open the file, what should I do now? For additional information I am using windows XP OS.

Unable to open jQuery sortable template.

Hi Kristin!

I've experienced that same problem when I was using Winrar to extract the file. A possible solution for that is to download Winzip. Winzip can open both .zip and .rar files.

You can download Winzip here: http://www.winzip.com/win/en/

After you have downloaded it, right click on the file you want to open and click extract. It should extract the compressed .rar files.
