Unable to Read File, Error Code 0 in MS Office 2003

Hi Experts,

While integrating the hotfixes for Office 2003 I received an error. It says, "Unable to read C:Documents and SettingsAdministratorMy DocumentsDownloadsoffice 2003 slipstreamedfinal product sp3 and hotfixes file. Error code: 0 <ERROR #1< ##########". However, I received this error message at the last moment. How can I get a remedy of this issue?

Please help me to solve the problem.

Unable to Read File, Error Code 0 in MS Office 2003

Hi,

I will help you to solve the problem. The file hotfix for Office 2003 may be corrupt. That's why it showing the error. It may be incomplete download. Try downloading that file again and install it. It should install without problem. If it still shows issue then contact Microsoft Office helpline, so that they would be able to solve the problem.
