Unable to register my new avast 6?

I cant register my new avast 6.

It says, retrieving information then not happen anything.

Unable to register my new avast 6?

Do this simple steps below:

Solution 1:

Check you internet connection and see if you are really connected through the internet.

Open a website and see if the internet is running well. If it does do the solution below.

If it doesn't try unplugging the network cable, then plug it back.

Then click Start, and then go to Run, type in the Run input box CMD.

Then type this codes in the command prompt:

• ipconfig /all
• ipconfig /flushdns
• ipconfig /release
• ipconfig /renew

Solution 2:

Go to the website of avast and see if you can connect through their website.

Try contacting the service support and inquire if they are having problems with their registration server.

Or you can just simply wait and then try and try until it is done.

You have nothing to worry. Sometimes this type of error is happened.

It's just a burp in the matrix.

Keep trying to register few more times.

You will be successful.
