Unable to send text messages under PAC Value

Hello experts,

I am under the Vodafone Red PAYG (Pay as you go plan) and everything works just fine. And then I switched to Virgin Mobile Cellular then I got a PAC value from Red and switched through Virgin Mobile Cellular. But I am having issues on sending text messages. I was unable to deliver my text messages. After some time of troubleshooting and Virgin Mobile says they will review my issue. I then asked about my PAC value thinking that there is a problem with their system. But none of their support works. What should I do next?

I think your problem lies with settings and primarily message settings. I would advise you the following activities which should solve the messaging problem. At first remove the SIM (virgin Mobile) and then take back up of all your data to a PC or external drive. Perform a factory reset. Reboot your phone first without SIM. Insert the SIM and then again perform a reboot. This time the Virgin mobile will be detected and you will ideally receive all necessary configurations through SMS on start up. Perform the configuration as per their instruction and if the problem still persist you need to get in touch with customer support.
