Hello experts,

I am receiving the following error message.

I need to solve it.

Please help.

php.exe – Unable To Locate Component

This application has failed to start because MSVCR71.dll was not

found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem.

Unable to start Php.exe: MSVCR71.dll was not found

I think your application here requires a missing file, msvcr71.dll.

Try uninstalling the application and then install it back to fix any corrupted and missing files in the installation and to restore its settings back to a default including those you might have customized.

After reinstalling the program, try opening it again and see if it works.

If you still get the missing msvcr71.dll file error, try downloading the file .

This is a website that has great collections of Dynamic Link Library (DLL) files. Just download the required file and then copy it to your application’s installation folder.

You may also try checking your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system.
