After an update to iOS 5, I started getting issues with syncing iTunes. Then I made a fix for it. The problem now is when I go to my iPhone Settings> iCloud> Storage & Backup> Manage Storage there is only one application under Documents & Data. However, When I browse the Manage Storage screen, all my applications are listed within Backup Options and Next Backup Size. But those applications are not showing on Manage Storage List. I guess this is just one of those numerous complains about iOS. What should I do now?

Unable to sync documents with iCloud
Hello Cameron Morgan,
I will suggest that you try restarting the iphone, if you ha not restarted it after you had finished syncing so as the new settings to take effect.
It may be just a temporary problem that is part of the syncing process which could be fixed after you restart the device, but I will also advice that you check the settings on the ios5, if there is anything setting that is making files to be hidden then you will need to rectify it.
Otherwise you may need to restore the factory settings and remove the update in case the problem persists.
Hope this helps.
