I am new to Microsoft Outlook. I just started using it yesterday. Therefore, I am not familiar with the interface. Can anyone help to let Outlook how to tell if message was read or not.

Unable To Know Outlook How To Tell If Message Was Read Or Not.

It is possible to check if the message is read or not. It is quite simple to track it. However, you need to have to configure the Exchange 2010 organization To enable track messages. This can be done by using Exchange Management shell.
