Whenever I try to buy any game, I get this error ps3 error code 80023102. Free content is okay, but I am not able to purchase anything.

This error is related to the buying of downloadable content; this is fixed by using one of the following approaches or all,

1. Check if your billing address matches with the SEN account’s address.
2. Check the validity of your credit card.
3. Re-entering the details of your card.
