Unable To Send Text Messages

My mobile is unable to text messages. I have got enough balance in my mobile phone still I am unable to message. How can I solve this?

Unable To Send Text Messages

This type of problem usually arises in android phones. If you are unable to text message, it can be due to a network problem or your service line has been closed. You can go to settings, then open applications, then click on the application manager then open messages. Clear your data and disable it. You will now be able to the sent message.
