It’s been a while since I upgraded the PC to Windows 7 RC and everything went well, the programs run satisfactory. But now I have a problem when I want to solve some PC issues: I am unable to turn on the Windows Security Center service, despite the fact that I am successfully using Panda Beta Virus Protection for Window 7 and also the Windows Firewall tool.
I am not sure if the problem appeared because of me and if there is an easy fix for it. Usually, I manage to fix Windows issues on my PC, but this problem seems to be beyond my skills. Below you can see a print screen with it. I am thanking in advance for a hint to this problem.

The Windows Security Center service can't be started
Unable to turn on Windows Security Center
There must be something that is wrong in your windows 7 RC installation package. You can try installing the windows again if you have done a fresh installation and are not running any important softwares. The main reason behind this is that there is the service for windows center is missing from your system and you need to download it again. The service can be located at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SYSTEM->CurrentControlSet->services->wscsvc From the start menu type services.msc and look for the security center option on the right side. Double click on it. You will see an option Startup, set it to automatic. You can also try download the registry from this link. There is also a hefty and difficult method that requires some technical skills that you can give a try to it. Go to this link and try the following solutions.
Unable to turn on Windows Security Center
Hi Andremolina,
If you want to solve this term, at first you have to be sure about the configuration of security center. Then you have to start this like below.
1. Go to "Start" button and "services" in search box.
2. Click on "services" from the program list.
3. From the details pane, right click on "security center" and after doing this click on "properties".
4. Go to "startup type" and click on "automatic (delayed start)" from the drop down menu.
5. Now, click "start" from the "service status".
If it works then click "apply" and then "ok" and quit the service window.
