Unable to upload: data transmission error

I am uploading some data but I am getting an error message which you can see in the below attached image.

Why is this happening? Did anybody see this error before?

Hello AlexanderGRogers,

Actually it depends on where you are going to upload this data. What is server and what types of file the server actually supports for a member to upload. Most of the time the servers do not support inappropriate type of content. So make sure that you can upload this .AVI file there or not. You can get the answer in the upload form, there you will instruction about it. 

Again this might be the problem of server that it cannot upload your file. If so, wait for some times and try again.
