The program that is trying to access the Flash Player is having trouble. So this issue is appearing.

First, uninstall the older version of Flash Player on your computer. To do so,

  1. Go to Control Panel >> Programs >> Programs and Features.
  2. Find out “Adobe Flash Player”.
  3. Right-click on it and select “Uninstall”.
  4. Follow the instruction.

Now, download and install the latest Flash Player from Adobe. Download Adobe Flash Player.

This will install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player along a new and fresh version of the “Flash.ocx”.
