Unable to use the player in mediaconnect after its download

Hi all,

I have recently installed the mediaconnect app in my iphone. It was successfully downloaded, but when I try to use the player in mediaconnect, I get an error. The screenshot of the error is as follows:

Error : Error code = -1 XML Error: The operation could't be completed. (com.google.GDataXML error -1.) Dismiss

I don’t know as to what actually does this error code mean. I cannot even access my files.

Has anyone else used this app and experienced the same problem? Please help me urgently. I really need your help.

Unable to use the player in mediaconnect after its download

 

Dear User,

I recommend you to remove this application from your phone and reinstall it. And make sure when you install it you have the newer version and a working version of it.

Also make sure you are connected to a network where you can access internet when installing and opening it for the first time.

Error : Error code = -1 XML Error: The operation couldn't be completed. (com.google.GDataXML error -1.)

This Error mainly comes because of lack of memory. First of all, Please check the Memory of your Device. As per your screenshot, your device is connected with Wi-Fi, But also check your internet connection, It works well or not.

And always left 30 MB for device configuration files. It makes your device faster.
