Unable to validate Oracle database credentials on Configuring Oracle Agent

Hello

When I am trying to configure or build up the Oracle Agent for 32 bit oracle database on 64 Bit Server, I find this error.

I need to solve it.

Please help.

Good Day, is this your problem?

Well if that so sir most of the time the reason why this error unable to update oracle database credentials pleas try again message. Is that you are using a 32 bit versions of Oracle installed to a 64 bit System.. I suggest that you should check the bit version of your oracle and the bit of your system. hope this answer help you.. ^_^

Dear User,

The problem you are having can be solved. Try these steps

1. You have to be sure that account has got the necessary rights.

2. And then download MDAC and install it to the windows server. Which has got oracle .

3. And you can also try modifying Sql authentication by,

Going to oracle home directory-network/admin-open Sqlnet.ora

And modify Sqlnet.Authentication_Services=(NTS) to Sqlnet.Authentication_services=(NTS,NONE)
